WTB Cheap Shell

I was looking at the Armada Radar and Orage Xavier Pro shell which are both very nice, but they're hella expensive. Can someone hit me up with a link of a nice XL shell for hood?

Looking for water-proof, lightweight, cheap (under 100$), and must be XL, i'll also do Large.

there was a sick looking Orage one on SAC the other day...it might take a while, but it will most likely be up again someday
