WTB: cheap-ish pants

im looking for new pants for this upcoming season, but i dont want to spen 200 dollars or some shit. all i really need is somthing fairly plain but that still has its waterproofing. anybody have anything like that?
 
wait till november. TJ maxx is stocked with ski gear, i got a dope sessions jacket last year and just some regular trespass pants. they had siver jackets, some orage, some heli hanson, it was nuts
