WTB Armada JJ. Will trade ON3P Billy Goats or Vishnus

Looking for a pair of Armada JJs or something similar. I want something a little more playful than my Billy Goats.

Located in Seattle, and I ski Stevens if you wanna meet up there.

I'd be willing to trade my 186 ON3P Billy Goats or maybe my 177 Vishnu Wets.

I also have some other stuff I could throw in to trade if you're looking for Patagonia stuff, a Black Diamond avalung, etc.

Could be convinced to part with my jj zeros. Have skins for them too. Only problem is that they are on their third mount. Two at rec, one for attack 13 demos and the other for attack 13s and one at + 1.5 from rec for Adrenalin 16s. If you’re looking for a forward mount at +2-2.5 it could be done plus that seems to be the perferred mounting point for these skis. 200+ship for em if you want + I can throw in the skins for cheap

$200 + shipping for a fourth mount? Seems steep. Are they the ones with something that looks like lightning on em? And also, I've heard that -2 from rec is sort of the sweet spot for JJs. Why do you recommend +2-2.5? Wouldn't they feel like they're dipping when putting weight forward?

200 is a bit steep but I don't have a need to get rid of them yet so its just a "take em off my hands if you want" sorta price. They are my only touring setup rn. As for the sweet spot, its front of rec, closer to center, about 2cm. Most people say thats where the ski feels least grabby on the groomers (they have a tighter turn radius) and most nimble in trees. Im at +1.5 of rec right now and like them there for everything. The JJs are sorta my "deep pow" setup as I do have other powder skis but the JJs have a large about of tip splay so they are nearly impossible to dive. I rode them out at Mt Bachelor last season in consecutive 12+ inch days and they never dove hard on me, even when landing front seat off cliffs on accident. Overall, some pretty sweet skis if you think you'd be down with another mount, especially if you want to swap those FKS for an attack binding. The attack 13s and Adrenalin 16s were both mounted for a 315mm bsl.

I'll do some more research and figuring then let you know.

In the meantime, email me some pictures of them. If you have any pictures of the different mounts that'd be great, but if not it's chill.

What length, how many mounts, and how much shipped?

Little shorter but got some 180cm Icelantic Gypsys for sale. Same ski as the Nomad 125. I personally liked them better than the 185cm JJs because they aren’t as grabby/hooky on groomers and they float better in powder because of their profile. Pm me if interested and I would trade them for the billy goats or sell them straight up.

125 is just too wide for what I'm looking for. Would you trade your JJs for my Billy Goats?

Deciding to keep both the vishnus and the BG's, and I got a deal on a pair of JJs. Thanks for all the offers. The thread is now closed.

and no I will not sell you my vishnus.
