WTB a video camera, and if not, some advise please?

I would really like to start shooting some, but i have the crappiest digi camera in the world and it doesnt quite work right. Looking for under 200$ new or used i dont care. pm me on offers and hopefully ill get a good camera out of this. If you dont have anything, please give advice on what you use and what I should look for in a camera. Thank you.
 
Okay, first of all, with $200 you won't find anything outstanding, or even decent. That level of camera is pretty much all point and shoot video, nothing really special at all.

My recommendation? Save up some more money and buy a used/new Canon HV30. Learn how to use it and you'll put together pretty good looking stuff.
