WTB: 169 HELLBENTS

they're out there. not very many of them though, and only produced in the states for whatever reason. hopefully they're made in canada next year.

I dont't pretend to know everything about the ski industry, but I'm pretty sure K2 does not produce skis in canada or the states, but in China.

169 for you is way too short for you for a pow ski, your park ski should be around 169 and if your going to get hellbents you definately need a 179, it will ride much better in the powder

yeah i guess so but i thought that they were made big or something because of the rocker. thats what some one was saying, and i have 169s for park and they fit in the middle of my forehead.
i just dont want to end up with something to big

yeah i guess i have heard that they do run a little bigger, and if your park skis are at your forehead then a 169 could work for you, thats actually making me think about how long i want my pow skis i am getting to be...

I'm 6'2 and the 189 hellbents go way over my head, its crazy. they dont just measure them proporly, i dont know.

169 would probably be ok for you. Im 5'11" and have 179 hellbents and they are perfect. Additionally the rocker makes them a much more managable ski. Since you have less edge contact i feel you cant turn them much easier. I even like them more than my 179 seths for tight trees because you can just turn them much easier. I think 179 for me is perfect so you could go with 179 which might be a little big or go with 169 and theyd be fine but could be small. pm me with any questions. and def get a pair changes powder, its cheating

im a little bigger thann this guy and i am wondering if some one his size could ski ep pros?
