so sick pipe is getting gnar and sop tech

results are:

anyway riddle is a steeze machine, dorey tried a double steezed to the max cork 5 and couldnt land it. andrew Taylor did a cork 14 and tried the 16.

o and sarah landed a cork 10 just as big as most of the guyz...

 
justin dorey's first hit double cork was super rad looking. stefan had the style on lock... but riddle was most fun to watch because he threw down true complete runs.
 
It was right in front of where I was chillin. He went into the cork 5 axis and kept spinning with the tips of his skis pointed to the deck? And took it to 10. I didn't see the landing though.
 
4th was David Wise.

I'm surprised Matt Hayward was off the podium, his 1260 is as stylish as most guys 540s and he grabs the hell out of it.

Sick comp.

Dorey's trick was kind of like a flare to front, but a little more blended together.
 
hehehe I got a hug from Sarah after she stomped her first 1080 in the pipe. Also Kevin went fucking huge as well as the guy in the checkerd shirt!
 
doreys double cork 1080 attempts were intense. never seen double cork in a pipe. way better than double back. washed out on the landing, kind of landed on his hip.

when he "took it easy" on his last run, he almost took the title. crazy run.

Riddle. oh my god, hmm i'm going to do the hugest styliest 10 ever. i actually liked a 10. stomping every trick like he didnt leave the ground

sarah, sick pipe rider. cork 10 10 feet out. sweet fucking lord. stomped with no butter on the landing.

i wish stefan didnt have so much trouble today, his run is super duper.

hayward would have placed but he lost momentum down his run

too bad there were no switch tricks in the super hit. andreas hurt his butt.
 
earlier this year david wise was struggling to win regional comps and now his on top of the fucking world
 
David Wise killed. And I wanna point out to people that David Wise was 0.1 points away from 3rd place and Matt Hayward was 0.1 points away from him. Very tight competition, everyone killed it. So many back to back 9s it's acctually becoming a standard for pipe, When I learned it the only guy I'd ever seen do it was andreas and I learned it like 3 weeks ago
 
Haywards cork 12 on his first hit like 20ft out was silly!! doreys double cork also silly!! stefan thomas holy fuck!! kevin rowland going like 25ft on his 5's!! andrew trying the 16... was some pipe comp. sarahs 10 was on point too!!
 
haha I think you might be exagerating the heights a bit. maybee bring everything down 5 feet. Still though in that pipe that's amazing, oververt right wall, undervert left wall

most of these runs would have won last year it's amazing how much the level of pipe competition has gone up. Kinda scary to think about next year. I've got my plans but I dunno if it'll be enough to keep up
 
pipe skiing is what i need to make good at. pipe is getting so hard. and PROPS to riddle he is the sickest pipe skier iv ever seen. and dorey is the man!
