First, to the thread maker:

The format was a "best run counts", so it doesn't mean shit if someone landed one of there runs, or all four of them, only the highest score was counted for the placing.

And yeah, it's a bit surprising that some people didn't do better, but that would have been the hardest comp ever to judge.

And Mike Riddles winning run was sick:

Gap 450 to back 270 out on the dfd,

back switchup on the box to box,

360 on the mini-stepup into lipslide 270, 270 out on the last box.

Everything was done super clean and stylish.

When are people going to stop crying about judging? You really think that Chris Turpin doesn't know anything about freeride skiing?

Nina was definitely going for the raddest shit in the girls event.... If she had stomped a run where she nailed every feature, the judges would have probably given her the win.

BUT, she didn't land a clean run, and the 3 girls on the podium did, so it should be pretty simple to understand. Nothing to do with sponsors, politics, whatever.
