apparently "Hard Hats with Brock soft foam do not meet the standards for action sport head protection."

i just bought a bern macon hard hat. is this good or bad?
 
if you read a little closer you will see that it says the helmet is for multiple low impacts like skiing, snowboarding or, skateboarding. your fine skiing justdont get on a dirtbike with it

 
Bern's are great helmets, they have just had some issues with getting their products approved with the helmet regulating powers that be. No worries, my Macon has saved my dome plenty of times.
