not that i intend to sell it, but my granma just sent my a first edition copy of "the Ascent of Everest" by Sir John Hunt, it's signed by Sir Edmund Hillary, a co-author and the first person to reach the summit of everest (along with his sherpa guide) generally i don't like collectors item type stuff, or books for that matter, but this is dank

My moms teddybear from her childhood was on Antiques Roadshow and it was worth $20,000 for a good condition one...and hers is pretty well kept.
