Wow, lake effect

I remember when it snowed that much here in 3 days, it was awesome. Those were the days......

Anyways, are there any mountains in New York that you can actually ride down in that much snow? I remember having to straightline everything for about 100 feet before I could start turning, and that was in super light snow too.

Basically none of New York States "large" mountains got much snow, most got between 2-0 inches

you guys are dumb, not all of ny, a very small area got lake effect snow. Its in and around oswego county, no mtns there.

there has to be rails (granted that much will cover rails). but there will be a couple hills, and once they get it all plowed, there will be MASSIVE piles to jump into off of things, such as buildings, parking garages, and bridges.

we've been getting a little. 3 or 4 inches every couple nights. tug hill is gunna have some crazy snowmobiling with that lake effect.

yea i live just outside buffalo about half a mile from the lake, theres about 4 feet and every day after the 2 day storm we have been getting at least 3 inches

my dads friend was driving through buffalo and stuff and he said it was like driving through a tunnel of snow cause there were hugeee walls of snow on the sides of the road

I grew up skiing Dry Hill Ski Area in Watertown, NY. Those poor fucks don't have any vert, but what they don't have in vert they make up for in snow. When it hits there, it's epic. There is another small resort called Snow Ridge on the backside of Tug Hill and they get bombed too. A little more vert, but same story. Prolly some of the best pow skiers in the east come out of there. Then we all move out west, tell our friends about the snow and get called liars - until now!!!
