yeah i signed up for beta but it was going so damn slow to download the game itself, howd you guys get it?

yea, it took me about 24 hrs to download the game, but it was worth the wait. It's a huge file, so just start dl'ing it and wait man, that's all i can say.

Oh god am I addicted to WoW. I was up playing until 6:30AM this morning, then got called to come into work at 10:30. I have played two days, and am almost a level 14 gnome.

My friend is guildmaster for Enigma X, so I am in that guild. Look for me on there, my character name is jibij (I know I ripped it off, so what.)

You hit the head on the nail, all though it's easier to level toons with the multiple heirlooms and guild perks, when I first hit 85, I was quickly disappointed.
 
PvE eats wang. PvP is still relatively fun. Leveling moar toons is still fun. I can stick around in Cata for awhile :P
 
Agreed on the PvP part actually, I'd never really gotten into it, and Ive been playing since vanilla. But know that Im hooked on it... I can't stop, I fucking love my Holy Pally and Disc priest.

yeah, that's the least of it imo. the fact that you can queue for pvp/instances from anywhere at anytime completely ruins the social aspect of the game. I remember vanilla wow where you had to actually go to a battlemaster/the actual entrance of an instance to queue up. i miss "lfg wc" in barrens chat
 
don't. blizzard made it so that you have to spend as much time playing it as possible to be successfull. Not only that, but you HAVE to play a bunch to actually be good. PvE especially. You have to cap points every week etc.

Im advicing you as a friend, don't. You always have better things to do.
