so today during english me and this other kid get pulled out of class to go to the office, apparently some sketchy kid stole a digital scale from our science class the period before, i was questioned and searched and it was fine...then i get called back down after school and apparently the kid who they found it on said i stole it with him, a kid i have never even talked to. its soooo gay cause its my word againt his basically, hopefully the teacher i was working with all class can vouch....just such bullshit that i have to deal with this because some fag cant take the rap for something HE did so he throws out my name.

what ya'll think i should do?
 
Have your friends vouch for you that you don't even know the kid. As long as you aren't a huge troublemaker in your school and this other kid is, the staff will believe you if you have others to back you up.
 
that is shitty, but how hard is it to steal a scale if you really want it, just put it in your backpack and walk out of class.
 
say that you're willing to stab him, that would prove who have no idea who he is because you don't even mind putting him in serious injury
 
wow that's pretty funny how a kid would steal a scale. one question do, what would a highschooler want with a scale??
