why not. I have nothing against homosexuals and they dont bother me. if I see a hot girl go in a gay bar and I think that I may have a chance with her I would have no problem going in there to try to pick her up. might be hard to flirt though you would have to make sure that its obvious to her that your straight or she might just think you want to be a friend.

The gay bar I went to was a pretty trendy place hence there were lots of straight chicks there too. they had drag shows on saturday nights (hilarious) and good drink specials, it was a good time. My ex girl friend's sister is a lesbian. Once I went with them to the gay bar, no i didn't get hit on by gay guys. Gay guys don't hit on straight guys. And actually there were some hot chicks there that appeared to be straight. Maybe it'd be an okay place but seriously I'd rather not. Stupid question because many of you guys pbly have never been to a bar in your lives, let alone a gay bar.

In fact, you pbly have no idea what the gay culture is about.

1st of all, the first mistake a straight guy is gonna make is thinking all gay men are attracted to him. Not true at all, which is why most straight guys will not get hit on by gay guys, and chances are gay guys have a good gaydar.

2nd-my gay friend always says that last call in a gay bar is all women, because all the gay guys have allready hooked up with each other.

3rd-Every single gay person i have ever known is at times bisexual, and pbly get laid more by women than most guys on this site.

4th-Some women just love to dance with their gay friends at a bar. This is why they go there. As stated before it just so happens, as the night progresses almost all gay men will pick up, and all what is left are the females. Females that allready have a full round of drinks in them, and are pbly not gay.

girls do go to gay bars, alot of girls have gay friends, and they feel like a gay bar is a place they won't get hastled all the time. I've actually been to a gay bar with my girlfriend, because one of her friends was gay, I wasn't 21, and it was the only place that would serve onderage. There were plenty of straight guys there, trying to hit on like all 5 girls. It's actually worse for girls at a gay bar than a straight bar.

I went to a gay bar once to go pee (it was the only place around that had no cover charge). While I was there I took the opportunity to get a beer and check out the girls. I didn't find a single good looking girl in there. It would be pretty stupid to generalize gay bars from a single 5 minutes experience though.
