Yes! In my experience as you get a bit older people use it as less of a hookup tool and more of a legitimate dating app.
I've met some super cool people on tinder. As long as you both are clear on your expectations there's no reason not to treat it like any other relationship.

I have mixed views on Tinder. I met my gf in person and I wouldn't have it any other way, and in my opinion that's the absolute best way. That being said, a majority of single people (on Tinder or not) are looking for hookups when they meet new people and that ends up turning into something. So who really cares if it happens through an app! Not for me but I don't judge
