New water slide currently being erected in good Kansas City. Towering well over 135 ft and speeds near 65mph.

So, I ask you, NS -- would you do this? I don't think I would and I've done some pretty sketchy shit in my lifetime.

Note, the sidewalls and that you would be in a tube going down.

Yep. I've done the one in Disney at Blizzard Beach, its 120 ft and reaches speeds of 60 MPH. You just get a massive wedgie if you uncross your legs.

The one you posted doesn't look as steep as Summit Plummet.

I feel like I'd be more inclined to do a body slide than a tube slide like that. Those sidewalls look way too short for me to be comfortable going down it on a tube. Maybe they look shorter in the pic?

I remember doing this. I looked over the edge and immediately thought "fuck no" then turned around a saw a huge line waiting and went for it. So worth it, love adrenaline.

Look at it in a different light. It will not make you a badass. It will not make you tough. It will not make you cool. It may be fun. If you think it will be fun for you, then by all means enjoy.
