Would u ski the park on a sick pow day, if the park was fresh?

I always hit the legit pow in the beginning of the day and when it gets tracked out I head over to the park where its still fresh. Its a legit system and its tons of fun hitting the jumps when they have two feet of fresh snow on them.

When the jumps have two feet of fresh snow on them you know there is still some pow out there, go get it!

there is no question here. pow

the only reason someone would not ski pow, is because they cannot ski, a trend more common in the park rat scene nowadays

You get spoiled with snow - If i got 8 inches overnight i would be up for first lifts for sure.

pow fo sho....there is nothin like skiing pow its so awsome the park is always good usually and if you know where to ski pow can be found fresh alld ay

same. i live in CT, we have 7 true trails, even though there is "14" and i would definitely hit the park. If i was up north, i would take my first couple runs in the park because its so sick whens there's pow in it but then i would hit up the trees.

Ski the pow pow and then ski the park in the night when the good pow trails are closed/All the pow has been skied.

if there is fresh over 5 inches i usually ski pow until lunch then park afternoon, and sometimes combo it by building a jump into pow

If it was Eastern pow, I would probably ski a little pow and park. But Western pow, and I wouldn't even glance at the park.

So true. It is almost an insult to other skiers if you don't take advantage of a pow day. Pow days are truly something special and you never know the next time you'll get another. Obviously, some places get more snow than others, but pow days are, or should be, the reason most of us shred. The park will always be there, but pow stashes fade away quickly. POW is the answer for sure.

Then again, the more people in the park, the more pow for me:)

If the park is on the way to wherever I am going then I will usually go through it, super soft parks can be pretty damn fun.

I generally won't stay there though.

In whistler at least you can get some of the best pow in the highest level park because its fenced off to public, so you can send it off 6 landings in a row landing in 2 ft of fresh, faceshots the whole way down. Do a few laps of that, then head to the lift lines for the alpine where everyones been waiting for 2 hours and get some more pow when that opens, our park makes a pow day much better.

haha yea I've even heard of guys buying the park pass so on pow days they can ski the trees in the fenced area
