so yea. i was looking through some of my videos and noticed in only this one shot of me, no other videos of me have this, but this 'afterbang ridaway?'

i dont care, i dont think its cool or gay. but with all this talk of the so called 'afterbang' these days just wondering if you guys call this afterbang or no bang aha. and yea i probably didnt replay that clip long enough eh guys haha.

yea thats sorta what i was thinking. but that like weird arm throwback and sorta some weird shit with my upperbody. i dunno i just watched this clip and it didnt look like me skiing at all.
 
the retarded thing about this whole "afterbang" argument is that people are acting like its a new invention, as if people havent ridden away from tricks looking good for years and years. theres no definition for afterbang and really its sort of a stupid word (though i thought it had grown to be used in a sarcastic way) . looking good landing/afterlanding is just part of skiing

who cares? why do you need to have other people judge your style whether is worthy or the title of afterbang or not? you have good style, but why dont you claim your own style and not call it afterbang
 
exactly. this is ridiculous. afterbang is dope and obviously people would rather see someone stomp their landing and ride away clean than land a little sketchy and struggle to ride away.
 
The whole afterabang thing is so stupid, i dont know why every one is hatin on t w for being steezy after landing. i think it shows way more skill to be able to land blanced and still than be floppin around. so "afterbang" haters shut up its just really good people being good.

im not a fucking retard who the hell would try to do a certain fucking ride away and work on that rather than stomping a new trick.

First 3 tricks, I think Is what most people would consider afterbang. The seccond one espessically over the tire (notice how he slams his legs/skis down and lands basically standing). That is what most people consider afterbang (overly stomped landings). I for one, could care less.

it wasn't really afterbang, you just carried your momentum through the landing. afterbang wouldve been where you straightened out ur back real hard once you landed and did that. it didnt look bad though
 
yea. vanular has always had an exggarated afterbang that most riders don't have. check out clarkes two shots in shangai six (?) or whatever his first level one vid was. hes got it noticable afterbang too.
