Title said it all , i'm gonna build my rail with pvc soon and my drop in is 5 ft tall , I'm wondering if it would be high enough to get enough speed for my a 15 rail ** during winter ** so id have snow .Thankkkkss !

nah, it will work. but make it 2 feet, from my experience, anything above 2 is unnecessary and requires a big jump. and if you really need it taller you could use bricks and cinder blocks under it or just snow

ep=mgh=75(assuming you're around that)*9.81*1.524

=1121.3J

ek=1/2(mv^2)

1121.3=1/2(75v^2)

1121.3=37.5v^2

v^2=29.9

v=5.47ms

=12.24mph

even assuming huge friction you'll be going at least 6mph i'd say, so yeah i agree with the rest that would work.
