So like i said in my other forum, about me makeing custom shirts.

i was wondering if it is legal for me to make a ns shirt?

anyone help me out?

alot of my buddies think this design i made was pretty sick, if i put NS in the flag. comment on it

yea it looks good like that only thing id change is his right foot and make the ns sign bigger so it fills the flag more
 
i canmake it look like it has still been sketched but also clean up his foot and line a bit berr. i was thinking of putting the ns logo, but i didnt have time to draw it when i was making it. also i still dont know if its leagal
 
I think a NS space shirt would be a sick idea. throw your astronaut on it, the moon in the back round w/ some white peaks on the moon or something
 
That's pretty cool. I think it would look the best if the picture took up the whole front of the shirt, and with the NS logo in the flag instead of the hand drawn one, to kind of mix the sketchiness with sticker-ness. I think it would look sick with the astronaut and flag in white on a dark blue background with a light blue NS logo on the flag. The astronaut is a cool idea for the drawing.
 
idk man, like osmeone else said it looks like the mtv logo.

Also Pharell William's clothing line, Billionaire Boys Club, uses a really similar logo.
 
photoshop is awsome. i play around with it at school and make people have funny faces. im getting pretty good at it but is a program you have to buy or can i download it free. ive tried before but its not the same photoshop its a cheap trial version. will i have to pirate it off limewire or somthing?
 
k well i mean your guy does have a different leg planted on the ground, and from the angle of my picture and yours, the mtv one's arm is sticking out, and the mtv one has more detail. I am not saying its not sick or anything, I like it, but its like taking someones art, adding to it, then calling it your own.
 
lol he drew an astronaught. its not mimicking the mtv award with an astronaught. its not copyrighted to draw a guy holding a flag and put NS on it.
 
iam sure there is some sort of tradmark or copyright on the mtv astronaut... they didnt just use it for an award, it was in ads and all sorts of things.
 
how about a sketched NS cover the whole back(which is white now) of the shirt in like a gray or something and have the astronaut printed in black, anyone get what im saying ?
 
OK guys i just talked with Mousseau and he said it would be highly illegal for me to put anything NS on it. so i was thinking of putting like some saying in the flag like: ski another planet of something like that. give your input on it.
 
didn't smith have a couple stickers with that logo? i think it was a little sticker pack that came on some of their shirts/hats
 
you should make some with different colors....black shirt white logo. i think a navy blue shirt and light blue logo would look sick too
