Would anyone be interested in photoshop wars?

Thinking about starting some Photoshop wars in Media and Arts to maybe bring some life back to that portion of NS, and just in time for summer. Just wondering if I start the ball rolling on this how many people would be interested. We used to have a more active graphic designers cult where we use to do photoshop wars.

(for anyone who has never heard of what a photoshop war was)

The rules were that the winner chose the photo for the contest, and anyone can only make one entry for the contest. Users would take the photo chosen and manipulate it in the way they see fit, and whichever photo was chosen by the person who chose the photo for the contest would win. I think we could change it to most up votes wins though, to keep things fair.

So, what do you guys think?

(I know this should have probably been thrown in the media and arts section, but I feel it would get the most traffic in NSG so we can have the maximum amount of participants)
 
You should but in non-ski gabber. Media just doesn't get enough traffic to make this interesting.
 
^Hahahaha we have definitely seen better photoshops around here...

I'm down, although I have lost almost all my photoshop skills.

haha no, those are defenitely a 12 oclock toss together to hopefully get some laughs in some thread. I think the first one had a prize involved. I'm really not saying they are the best on NS or even good in that sense.
 
OK so it's pretty clear to see we are going to need this to happen. So we should post pictures you would like to see as the starting photo and by the end of the day I will make a new thread in m & a with the starting photo. I'm thinking each one should run for about 7 days to give everyone a chance to enter. We should be able to get this ball rolling from there.

Remember to vote on the starting photos today as well as finding one and I will choose highest voted for thread. Try and remember it should be a stock type photo so no alterations and try to keep in mind there will be several people all going for different things from the photo.

Stoked to see this happen again.

YEEEE. I still think it might be a good idea to throw it in NSG tho... Let the hype build a bit
