Would a Warren Miller signature add any value to my helmet?

I have a white helmet that I've been using for a while and it's signed by Warren Miller and Scot Schmitt. I'm not looking to sell it, just wondering in your opinions if this adds any value to it.

I would doubt it. It's still a used helmet, and not to discredit Warren or something, he is a legend, but his name doesn't hold enough weight to add value to your used gear.

That's just how I feel about this though.

warren is a skiing legend, and so is scott schmidt. you might not be able to sell it for millions, but someone out there would want that really bad im sure. keep in mind that warren miller's influence on skiing goes way beyond freestyle skiing and he has one of the most recognized name in the ski industry.

Most people on NS won't really care, but older people definitely would. I would say it's Schmidt's signature that is raising the price.

sell it on ebay to some rich person to put in their ski mansion in Vail/Aspen/Jackson Hole/Yellowstone Club and then you might get some extra for it but not from any NSers

I feel like people who would buy something autographed to show it off would want something they could display - a poster, maybe an old ski. Nobody is going to put a helmet on the wall. If they buy it they'll be buying it just to use it; at which point they'll probably want it as cheap as possible and not pay extra for an autograph.

(That said I'd never consider buying a used helmet, because I wouldn't know what it's been through. Therefor maybe I'm maybe not the best judge of someone who would)
