Worthless Season

Yep this season was just about the most worthless season since i can last remember. Here in good ole' Maryland where i make my residence it was 60 degrees well into december and didnt even break freezing till the second week in january. Then the weather got better, but seeing as how im a junior in high school and my parents are all over my ass about college, i didnt really get to enjoy it that much. We got a all time low of 3 snow days all year and a total seasonal accumulation of around 10 inches (yeah, for a whole year, suck it california).

All in all this season blew the bunny. I got a brand new setup (Line Skogens w/ salomon 810tis) and got to use them a walloping 7 days.

All the east coasters, lets give it up for motha nature. clutch woman, clutch.

hahahahahahaha, i live in PA...we got more than 10 inches, and our season turned out to be pretty dope...

^ i didn't get one snow day. and I got probably 10 inches as well. don't bitch. we have it bad over here also.

nah, out here in oregon was pretty bonerific as well

and yeah nomen our hills make snow, but it kinda has to be below 32 degrees fahrenheit to do so. those temperatures in the 60s and the 3 inches of rain over two days in january dont usually help snowmaking

yo i live in PA and we had a pretty effing dope season. we had better but as for our mountain, damn we got all new shit so it was awsome. can't wait till next year. i got 2 snowdays and we probably got like maybe 2 feet total accumulation for the year, but it was cold as shit so we just blew snow.

you people in PA keep sayin your season was the shit. where at in pa like 7springs and blue were good but roundtop/liberty/whitetail sucked until like mid february

I hear ya, I live in Northern VA and I'm also a junior in HS, so basically the exact same situation. At least we got some snow at the end, but I didn't really care since I was about to go on a trip to aspen.

Tahoe just got another foot of fresh! amazing year. i think tahoe this year should have summer skiing beause we got so much snow this year.

there is no such thing as a worthless season. there are people who dont even know what skiing is, much less how much joy it brings those of us in the know. quit bitching about something that most of us take for granted. i personally had over 70 days this season, and i did not waste one, even the day i got my concussion. be thankful for what you have

our season sucked compared to last year. we only got 120in of snow. the low temp was -20F but other than like a month it was warm like 30s or even 60s in december
