Worst thanksgiving of my life

Every year Thanksgiving requires copious amounts of food and experiencing the ever so uncomfortable food baby after feasting. I will not partake in such endeavors this year, the reason being I just got my wisdom teeth out! The only thing I will be eating this Thanksgiving is mashed potatoes.. and lots of them. The aromaticity of the turkey and stuffing and all of the other delicious treats is going to kill me. On the flip side I am still thankful for all of my friends and family and I hope NS has an awesome day!

LOL. But that sucks... My friend just got his out. He was messed up the next day. I also live in Canada so you are not alone with not getting turkey. I just don't have to watch everyone else enjoi it.

My outstanding dental care is preventing me from eating gluttonous amounts of food....

i see what you did there.. this thread wasn't really a rant however. I stated a fact then moved on to wish everyone an awesome Thanksgiving.

Even though that's gross, he could probably make some sort of casserole with the mashed potatoes and turkey chopped into really small pieces.

My dominant arm and wrist (right) are broken. So cutting the turkey is gunna be pretty difficult, along with a hell of a lot of other things. I've just about gotten used to eating with my left hand.

last year i didn't have thanksgiving because I was out of the country alone.

...I got drunk and ate a massive pile of candy at gatwick airport. It was spectacular, and I probably have more fond memories of that night than of any other thanksgiving.

Why would you be able to eat mashed potatoes but not stuffing? Stuffing isn't exactly hard on the dental work.
