Holy crap that's really impressive

7 weeks out of a broken navicular (midfoot) here. Gonna be another couple months to ski, the bone i broke is more or less the cornerstone of your foot and arch.

smashed my knee on a rail, fractured my patella (kneecap). Did it in the mid of February and went skiing for the first time two days ago. Stupid idea, my knee is still tender as fuck and now hurts lika biatch.

was hitting a banging s rail, skis fell on one side, body on the another, listened to my legs break over the rail, and thats why i don't hit s rails anymore...shit it hurt...

-Dislocate both my femurs backwards (One was almost touching my spinal cord)

-Dislocated my sacroiliac.

-Fractured my pelvis in 6 places

-Fractured 4 vertebrae in my neck (including snapping 1 in half)

-Tore my MCL and have bad bone bruising in my knee and ankle

-Lung contusions

-Major concussion

-Tear in Shoulder

-Torn Calf Muscle

-Severe never damage.

Nothing serious, did my shoulder last year and still hasn't fully recovered, either I'm too much of a pro or I need to go bigger, I think it's the latter

A GS ski prereleased and slid underneath me as I was falling, sliced clean through. Crazy thing was I didn't notice, skied down to work and then felt a bit shaken and felt the blood dripping down my calf!

Yeah it was the edge, luckily it didn't hit anything serious and I was back on skis really quickly, this broken hand is actually much worse!

pulled a simon dumont this January. Overshot a booter by about 30 feet and wadded up in the flats so hard. Broke my pelvis in 3 places and all the way through my sacrum. Now I've got a six inch screw holding it all together and have been lying here on mom's couch ever since.

Tore my ACL completely, lateral and medial meniscus. I'm a month into recovery and PT is brutal, in an immobilizer for another 4 weeks.

Dude I have the exact same injury! Overshot a jump 4 years ago and my edge cut my upper thigh down to my femur. Ended up severing my hamstrings and hip flexor completely and i cut part of 2 other muscles that are on the back of the thigh. Took about 400 stitches and I had to learn to walk again after 6 months on crutches.

It's not that bad but I mad a bc booter and smacked the back of my head doing a 180. Chipped a tooth, bit off part of my tongue and got a concussion.

Ripped my right ACL off one end back in 2010.

Fractured first metacarpal back in January. Got surgery and had a cast for a little over a month. That probably hurt more than the ACL, but obviously the surgery and recovery was nothing compared to the ACL. Had 2 pins in that came out.

Skier's thumb. When the ulnar collateral ligament rips in half, specifically from your poles striking the ground before you initially reach the ground on rather large jumps. Hence, the metacarpus and/or phalanx rips through the skin. Tasty and fun.
