I've never been hurt too bad. Just a ton of little stuff. One stupid fall was thanks to my dumbass Salomon bindings. I came in from a cork 5 and didn't uncork it enough, so I landed really tip heavy. Then one of my good old Salomon bindings released, and the brakes stuck in the snow. Then as I was taking the impact of the landing and my head swung down, my chin smashed into the front of the toe piece of the stopped ski. That's why I use turntables now.
