be patient december is the start of our season. we get the large snow falls in march. which doesn't help much cause march sucks. yep this season sucks

the storm systems are supposed to hit the pacific NW starting mid-december, but thats still a while a way and could change

 
This season rocks. I went skiing 3 times before december. Last year i didnt get to go until the 12th. I hope the snow lasts long into spring.

yea dude, the east is deeeffinately where its at right now, this past weekend we got about 2 or so feet of snow, every single day for 3 days in a row you were guaranteed freshies like fucking knee deep anywehre on the mtn it was HEAVEN

yeah we got shit in the east last year, this year so far is looking up, because i was skiing this thanksgiving, unlike last year when it was 60 in new hampsheir at about this time

 
california hasn't gotten shit either, i flew over tahoe last weekend and it was all dirt with a little brown snow, but i still have faith.

well even tho the SNOW isn't good right now in tahoe the SEASON has been. I went skiing 3 times in november. I usually go once in it if Im lucky. its s'posed to snow hear fri and saturday. and then another 3 day storm comin' next week! WESTSIDE!!!!!!!!

Sunday River is kicking ass this year, it's been the perfect temperatures for making snow plus the snow we've been getting is making this year so awesome already. Theres already one full park up and now snow is being blown on Rocking Chair which is the biggest and best park on the mountain. With 25+ new rails and a new terrain park cat Sunday River is going to be where it's at on the east coast this winter.

Just got to keep my fingers crossed that it stays cold and snowy

 
the East is the shit right now... Tremblant has like 2.5 to 3 feet of natural snow at least and with snowmaking the conditions are like 100 times better than last year.

yah the hills started to open up out west first week of nov. thats nothing to cry about. we'll get the snow be patient last year had a slow start too but mid jan hit and it snowed here all spring, summer and into the fall. Hell it snowed aug. long weekend! props to the Grease Coast for puttin up with all the dirt and ice enjoy while you can.

shut up...........you'd be surprised how good the east coast can be, you don't need 5000ft of vert to be a good skier.........icy runs make you good, they make you go that much bigger when you go out west to the pow, come out here to our terrain parks and see if your balls are as big as your mouth bitch

well I know we have it good in cali. Im not tryin' to complain. besides, we're gettin' a small today storm week. BUT, NEXT week tahoe is in for a 6 day snow storm. theres that cali snow for ya!

Things are fine here in Utah. I've been up like 8 or 9 times already, there is no snow in the valley, but the mountains have been making snow since they opened. They rail garden at Snowbird is great, I've ridden it every day since Thanksgiving. It's only December guys, quit your bitching, good snow never comes till Jan-Feb. Just ski on what you got, keep it real.

we get ice out here too you know . . . go up to tahoe now, where it hasn't snowed in a month. that's a nice recipe for bulletproof in most places that don't sit and bake in the sun all day
