not me, but my dads friends kid, got caught passing a note that was so bad he was almost suspended, and a girl in the class started to cry. It was a very vivid description of decapitating students, raping people, and killing principals and such. He's not a fucked up guy, but him and his buddy got onto some shit on the internet at the age of like 12 and both thought it was funny.

He got caught because he put 'ps read this out loud or something' and his friend stood up at his desk and read it out loud.
