Worst mountain you ever skied

i have to add to this one by saying belle mountain in NJ, its not open anymore but honestly it was the shittiest place ever. i used to go there after school when i was like 3 or 4 with my parents
 
ski denton in pa has the most pathetic park ever there park is a pipe just laying on the ground and they have a 2ft high mound of snow they call a jump

maple ski ridge is worse but i learned there when i was 5 so it didnt seem shitty at the time.
 
haha thats my home moutain its so bad. me and some of my friends went to talk to the owner about the park and she said"i dont give a shit about your park"
 
thats pathetic. not to mention how pathetic the park is as well. i used to have race practices there at nights, and wed take park runs and shit. and be throughouly disappointed.
 
the park is downright dangerous, all the features have tons of ruts in them and the rails have burs to catch you edges on, but thursday nights for 10 bucks is pretty baller
 
Oh man, this is an awesome thread.

I grew up skiing in Nova Scotia and skied with Martock as my home mountain for a total of 5 seasons. For a home mountain, it is pretty much crap. I have had a lot of great days there though, so I can't hate too much. The worst hill I've ever skied was probably Edelweiss or Camp Fortune outside of Ottawa.

Blue Mountain, Ontario, is probably the worst bang for your buck ever. The place is very flat and costs about $80/day just to ride. It's cheaper to ride almost anywhere in the European alps.
 
well i can honestly say i have never had a bad time skiing but the

mountain i hated the most was probably whitefish lol

i reguraly ski with fresh pow and there was none so it sucked

i like how my worst is probably someones best haha

I cant believe no one has say anything in NC... i guess thats because no one has ever skied there.

anyways ill have to go with hawks nest. There tubing is better than there skiing, but they do serve liqueur.

that pretty much sums up former action mountain in pine hill new jersey. sj's highest vertical is like 100 feet, so im sure you can imagine just how miserable it was
 
WOODBURY SKI AREA...worst ever. Went one day just for S's & G's...while skiing on one of the crappy triails, I fell on some ice, and slid for about 10ft until i was abruptly stopped by a piece of metal sticking out of the ground, apparantly from an old abandoned lift...it tore through my ski pants and thermals, and i wound up getting 36 stiches in my hip. called the owner while i was on my way to the hospital and told him what had happened, he said he would rope off the area so noone else would get hurt. called him back after the hospital hoping to get reimbursed for my ski pants, thermals and my lift ticket. he said "i couldn't find what you are talking about...and all i'm willing to give you is a free voucher to come back and ski" I went back to the mountain later that evening with a flash light and camera only to find a huge hole freshly dug out where the metal was. he must've gone in there with a cat or something and took something really large outta the ground...called him the next morning, and he denied everything, and said he never found what i was talking about!
