So we all talk about our favorite tricks to do/see? So what's your least favorite trick to either see or try? For me personally, I cannot stand seeing people do Lip Front 2s, it just looks ridiculous in my opinion
I hate seeing some of the stuff real skifi does, like where they stall on a rail, jump off of the rail, step back on to the rail, jump off again, then ski underneath it. I just picture what someone who doesn't understand skiing would think of that, there's no way they think it would be cool or smooth looking.
True, but I love watching those edits and seeing some of the stuff they do. Half of their tricks leave me thinking "How the fuck" and the other half "Never seen that before." I will agree their skiing doesn't appear be the smoothest but their creativity and uniqueness sets them apart from everyone else.
Definitely. There's no doubt that those kids slay urban, I just remember a few shots from partly cloudy that made think that they're trying way to hard to be creative. Using "props" to ski just makes me think of the ski ballet days.
I agree some tricks look ugly and may be different. And obviously some tricks are better looking than others. But this is free skiing. You should be aloud to do whatever you want to do
Dubs are so ugly, and every ski movie shows athletes who do nothing but dubs. Im sorry, I know dubs are the hardest tricks, but it looks so much like hucking and waiting until the end. Since the rotations are so big, everybody spins them the same way.
