You line up at like 7:30am for first chair, its been dumping all night, starts to clear up, sun comes out, you get like 1st-to 4th chair, your riding up peeing urself with stoke, and the temperature rises like 10 degrees. slush.

maybe its not the best thing in the world, but theres no way it can be the 'worst feeling ever' . besides, right now i would take slush in a heart beat
 
No. The worst feeling ever was last year when it snowed a foot and a half at the beginning of December and I was pooping my pants then it rained for 3 days straight absolutely melting all the snow.
 
that was so homo that you needed 2 no homos to override it, so as far as i'm concerned right now you're at +1 homo......
 
Is that even possible?

For the temperature to rise "like 10 degrees" while your on the chairlift on the way up. That would be a long chairlift ride.

And even if it did rise 10 degrees, its not like its going to be above 0 degrees after a snow storm all night. go from -5 degrees to 5 degrees. Even if that happened the snow wouldn't turn to slush in that instant.
 
Sorry to hear you live in some weird place where the lift ride is like two hours. I mean how could the temp rise 10 degrees and 5 minutes later it be slush. and oh yeah thats why you ski in trees.

I think I'd feel just a bit worse if I found out my girlfriend was pregnant, being that I'm still broke and in college. However, the situation you described comes in at a close second
 
what about expecting it to snow like a foot over night, and you wake up and it was a ice storm, its 5 degrees out, the whole 230vert of mountain is ice, and yet that was one of the best days of my year, yea thats how the midwest rolls
 
one time it snowed 2 or 3 feet overnight and everyone was suuper pumped on it but the tram was closed cuase of some girls snowboard compition so we had to wait for about 4 hours at the bottom and then when we finally got up, expecting the best pow day of the season, guess what! it had rained just a tiny bit at the end of the snow and it created a 3 inch bombproof coating on the entire mountain.

it was even rock solid in the trees and becuase there was so much new snow the jumps in the park were completely gone

That's why you don't ski Mozart...it's the only easy trail to Outback so of course it's filled with gapers. Plus they all go down sideways so there is nothing but ice like you said.

ya, about the chairlift ride, the lift stopped at like the first tower idk why.

also, going from -5 to +5 DOES change the snow to pure mashed potatoes, and it could have been warmer, i dont know the exact temperature.

and for anyone who has experienced `this before knows that having your stoke build up so intensely and then be absolutely slaughtered, IS pretty much the worst feeling ever. Its like getting with a super hot chick and then she strips and she has a penis

ya, i would be fine with like 3 inches of slush right now, but in this scenario it is not fun 
 
Worst feeling ever is what I did two years ago...First day of the season tearing your acl! Right after I bought all my gear :[:p

actually the worst feeling is this:

highly anticipated snow storm, the biggest of the season. dumps 6ft from thursday to saturday, i broke my arm and all my friends went skiing
