Dont ya just hate when you over shoot a jumps landing and end up on the flats? my heeel just killin now. Ne ways just thought Id ask everyone what was their worst crash? Mine was probally hitting a tree quite hard then rolling 10 m to fall off a 5 ft cliff onto a tree stump. Luckly I only broke my thumb and sprained my ankle and had quitre a few brusies tho I skiied the next day lol.

 
I guess it would be my crash at tremblant like 6 years ago... just hitted a bump at mach 3 after tha 'dynamite'....

My hardest was when i nailed my head on the ice when I was switching around from switch. my worst was when i broke my leg in January after hitting a mogul at Mach 5. peace out

 
thats probably one of the worst feelings when your way up in the air and you see the landing go beneath your feet, you know youre going to hit flat hard and theres nothing you can do

Blade i did exactly what you did yesterday at sunapee. Except i was trying there ibg air and didnt get enough speed and came from about ten feet to flat ground hurt so bad. Then i kept skiing and over jumped a 25 foot table and hurt my heels more can barely walk now.

 
werd to what dspin7x said, sooooo freakin' the worstest feeling in the land, haha. I guess my worst was hitting a hip jump way to hard, doing a front flip and over-rotating as well as hitting the flats, came down on my tips and then straight onto my head, was all bad.

lol i was like 10 years old and it was my first time hitting a big air jump and i didnt pop got way backseat in the air and landed on my side no broken bones but it hurt pretty damn bad the next day

I was doing a 180 mute of a crappy table top and didnt get as much air as I thought and dug a ski tip into the top of it. Smacked face first and broke goggles.

bwahah mine was lincoln loop to face plant at the jumps.. the grip of my pole hit my face, gave me a bruised cheeck and a broken pole.. NOT fun.. it was my stupid mistake though.. i just hucked off the jump before even testing it out. oops

mine would have to be when we built a crappy ass kicker after a wicked steep slope and i hit yhe jump leaning back and fell on my neck. that hurt a lot

i was getting ready to drop and some guy came flying, out of control, into the park and ran right into me, it nurt but nothing serious.

 
haha i have the best crashes ever, first when i was 12 cruising down really fast, ski pops off, slide backwards into wood fence/shack, wake up a few secs later and not know where i am, last week i had two back to back first, crusin through trees really fast right off the side of a run at stratton, theres a clif at the end that shoots into an openin on the trail, catch my boot on the side of a tree, fall fallward and off the cliff, lol that was fun, now the last sucked, 180 outa the bottom of the pipe, ski fakie into the snowblower gun like the small metal ones, and nails me in the back of my head and rips my helement off, i was seeing double for an hour and had a monster headahce the whole day

Mine would have to be the commotion a got in a comp last year.After landing my first jump the skis crossed cause I tried to tweak out to much my genie I decided to go for something safe, so I did a big mute , really tweaked, but a tweaked to much and did a 1/4 lincoln and landed on my side knoking my head really bad. I woke up at the hospital like half an hour after.

 
My worst crash? It's gotta be last year at Owl's Head...There was this huge kicker, I hit it was as much speed as I could, I started to throw a backflip with an Illegal grab, really tweaked, looked real cool too...It was great until I over rotated. After going at least 25ft in the air, I started to do another backflip(no control, I know I know) Anyways..I landed right on my back and was knocked out instantly...I woke up an hour later at the local health center witha splitting headache. People were showing me pics of what I had done(in that freeze style, pic after pic showing the trick) and the rather large spot of blood on the snow that my head left. Wear you helmet when being stupid kids!

It wasn't me but while on the lift at heavenly I saw some dude, looked like he had never skiied before. He went smoking up to a table top, leaning on the back of his ski's as beginners do. Hit the kicker and did a half back flip. Yard sale'd on the flat (overshot the landing slope) on his head. I was like 80 feet away at the time and I heard the thud. Dude was out cold..had to fly a chopper in.

What gravity?
 
over-rotated back full on the windells super booter 2 summers ago...broken collar bone, sternum, dislocated ribs, and a concussion.

i saw some old guy try and go off a jump and he was leaning way to far forward, and his ski just seemed to stop at the lip and he went face firt off the jump, fell right on his face, it musta hurt so bad

im from connecticut but i dont rip

 
not bad for me at all. looked kinda bad tho i guess. bindings unclipped on a 540 smashed my face on one, then rolled backwards into a tree. no major hurts, but lotsa nice cuts and bruises.

1) Testing new race skis on Le Edge at Tremblant. Going 60 miles an hour on a steep section, hit a flat, woke up about 250 feet down the hill with a broken tibia and torn miniscus.

2) Ski Sundown CT, jibbing this little 3 or 4 foot jump on temptor i purposely overshot it by about 10 feet (need air!). i tried my first cork 5, somehow ended up in a really precarious position- Head facing down the hill, skis a bit above shoulders, my body pretty much paralell to yonder ground. landed on my back, broke 2 ribs and a pole. i got an ambulance ride though it was phat.

 
riding the park at whistler, hit one of the booters, landed in the flat, and somehow hit my face on the top of my ski pole. in return for this wonderful fall, i received 8 stitches on my eyelid. BUT, my goggles didn't shatter or anything. thank god for that.. everybody go out and buy dragon goggles.

last year when i was learning 360s i totally lost it in the air and landed on my neck and messed up my back.

um mine had to be.....when i underrotated a backflip and smashed my face and cracked the lenses in my oakleys...

The start of this year I went way too big out of a non-vert pipe and started doing a slow lincon spinning to the outside of teh pipe, I landed on my side, hit my hip dead on teh icy lip, smashed my head pretty hard on the deck, and since my skis were still in the pipe I bounced up a bit or something and slipped back into teh pipe but hitting my arm and head on teh lip again. I sat in teh bottom of teh pipe for a few minutes after that checking myself...

mine would be when i hit a 10-15 ft cliff and my ski came of and stabed me in the neck. it hurt like a mofo a i couldent breath for a couple of seconds but i was fine.

 
i was skiing down snowgums(a tree run in Thredboe, Australia) and launched of a booter we had built earlier, I was carrying way too much speed and and hit a tree head first, luckily i had my melon protector on but i was still knocked out, woke up at the booter with my mates just in time to watch someone under-rotate a backflip.

 
had another big one in a halfpipe in kitzbuhel Austria, The left wall of the 1/2 pipe was not even vertical, it was tragic, as i got to the top of the left wall i ejected outta the pipe, as i tried to get back in i didnt absorb the trasition and shot straight out to the middle of the pipe and fractured my shoulder, it ended my holiday 2 weeks early and has damaged my rugby career.
