If you get rick roll'd just hit ctrl + alt +delete and hit processes then end whatever browser ur using, no need to shut down comp.
 
if you had just waited about 20 seconds, it stops moving, and then you just hold down the enter key when the pop up things appear. To bad you didn't know that before.
 
its even easier tha that. you just put your mouse up in the corner where the close (x) tab is and wait for it to show up there, click, then hit enter.
