Working Out

I used to work out all the time. I was benching around 215ish and I was pretty well built and everything. I stopped working out during finals week and I didn't touch a weight over break so I had like a 30 day or so lapse. I go back to the gym yesterday and it was so depressing I was having difficulty with 175. Its so hard to stay motivated after a day like that, any quick ways to get back to where I was?

1 week of toning half pushups and increasing bench weight eac h gym day and youll be set. doin 90 or 100 half pushups with good for 3 times a day as fast as you can gives you the strength of an ox. its an old boxing workout. your way faster then too. also for skiing, skipping a min of 10 min a day and doin 3sets of 15 squat jumps. knees all the way to 90 and then jump as high as you can a few times a day will really improve your skiing in only a couple weeks. you will find better air sense and you ability to pop off rollers increases like crazy. youll be like micheal jordan on skis.

dont be a pussy and just do push ups or gay ass squat jumps. if your a female than yeah thats fine but your a male. rack the fucken bars and lift. lift till you puke. you gotta build as much muscle as possible. its hard to achieve yes but if your mind is set right then it comes faster

theres gotta be people on here who are stacked, i mean not everyone on here is scrawny and weak or just plain fat.. i know some kids on here who are not huge but they can deff. throw down when need be
