Just wondering what people do to work out their legs to get ready for the season...i'm looking for the best all-around fitness routine...anybody got one they do? or know of one?

i bike and run, lift to strenghthen my entire body. and lots and lots of streching. getting hurt =time off and a weaker body. being flexible helps alot.

definately stretch!!!!

you'll want to make sure you work out your hip flexors and abductors (inner and outer thighs) as well as your quads, hammstrings and calfs!

a lot of leg and core exercises....i gotta do it for baseball anyways. So its a win win thing. Dust do a lot of sit ups, lunges, squats, vert jumps, calf raises. and make sure u stretch a lot

Squats, Stiff-Legged Deadlifts, leg extensions, leg curls, donkey calve extensions and sitting calve extensions and you should be money for winter.

I summer ski, show up to school, bike, ski, ski, ski, and more skiing. I allllso enjoy EATING ALOT on an hourly basis.
