Make sure to apply fast because It's extremely difficult to get a job at Windells due to the amount of applications they receive yearly.

All of the workers are super cool. Just get creative with it. one applicant sent in McDonalds with their resume last year hahaha..Remember tons apply. They aren't going to pick someone that only wants the job so they can be at Mount Hood. They want people with good personality, are good with people, and have experience.

Two of the guys I work with on Park Staff were on the Diggers 2014 crew last summer, they had a great time, but they weren't out there for the money.
