Im planning on moving back to Wa after the summer and working at one of the local hills

the only problem is i have get stuff figured out before hand cuz i am coming straight from montana.

So here are my questions, what local hill do yall recomend, i was thinking stevens...but not for sure yet.

how hard is it to find housing close by, i dont want to spend a lot of money. but i dont want to live in the city anymore im over seattle.

So ya if i can get sum feedback that would just be ausome and would help me make my decision a lot easier :)

thanx

Yes for the love of god dont live in goldbar or anywhere near. If you want to live close you might be better off at Baker or something, cost of living is much lower there too... but if you can figure something out and work at stevens thatd be suuuper dope~

Baker is 45 min from the nearest place. but the skiing is dope and they have a disease den. Talk to samcaylor about that.

Stevens is not bad, everyone there seems way more chill then the people at snoqualmie. Plus they have an employ shuttle from Sultan and Sky. you could try living in Sky, you are close to the hill, and I here it is just a mix of red necks and ski/river bums.

Haha thanx guys......ive been kind leaning towards the baker area as well....bellingham is a cool city.... Do any of u know what the best way to apply is and when....cuz i know u can do it online...but i dont know if i shud just come early and do it in person Or what time of year is best to apply so that ther are positions left....sorry....I am super noob at applying for jobs considering ive only worked at a local bar in montana and my family's Ranch......

i know at stevens when i worked there last year, you had to be working there full time to get full time housing. like you could work there part time, and stay the weekends and stuff but you werent really supposed to live up there. umm and from what i recall it was like $5 a day to stay there, but they might have a deal if you are actually living up there

there is not employee housing at the summit. its just for managers but for seasonal employees theres lots in lake wenatchee skykomish you just have to have a job. they run anywhere from 2 to 300 bucks.
