Workin out

now that im in college im startin to get into it i go at least 4 times a week, but i think once the snow falls i wont be goin that much

i make efforts of it, get going like everyday for like 2 months then stop. i dont during hockey/ski season or summer

umm how bout a ghetto workout a punching back from 89 an ab lounge boxing gloves wrist wraps and 2 cinder blocks on a broom stick GHETTO lol

I used to try to, but lately my only upper body workout outside of construction has been casting a fly rod and doing wheelies on my bike. Pretty intense routine if you ask me.

i did alot during the school year last year, but i stopped during the summer, and now i can't get back into it. it sucks.

well if running is considered working out, i run three times a week, 10k each time for school, no im not bragging or anything

i try to lift, but im a lazy fuck, id rather just go biking, or drive around. shifting works out your forearms :P

i work out for football and track but its not that hard if u have a class in ur school u should take it but u should do some of the basics. go and look at muscle and fitness mag. it will help u but don't do to much weight when u start. have a plan that u will work out but if u want to get buff work on the muscles that u want to look good. but don't work out everyday u will need a resting period. work out every other day or work out on the week day and not on the weekends because if u work out everyday and u are just starting u will mess urself up but if u stay commited to what u want to do u will find out that its gets easier to work out

since my DH bike is still in colorado....i ride my road bike at least 30 miles a day or try to at least depending on mood/time/energy

just football, but as soon as thats over the only extremely strenuous activity i participate in is baseball

I work out for two hours every other day but i cant gain any weight. I have soccer practice every day, plus i play lots of other sports and bike alot. I also have a really fast metablosim and I cant eat enough food to acount for how much i burn. It fucking sucks I have to spend all my money on food.

Right now I can't because college soccer is a perfect workout for now, but after the season ends I lift 3 times a week and run 2 times a week.

If you need more info, you should join the NS bodybuilding cult. Anyone whos interested should. We have alot of useful info in their.

over summer i actually tried and wasn't lazy, but now we have fall workouts for baseball and we do plyo's and agility and some long distance and stuff. it's annoying but i like to feel good.

y dont u lift during the season. My team doesent lift and it pisses me off I think it would help alot.

i lift 4 times a week at my school and i cant really put weight on either...and i was wonderin if i could get a message into the bodybuilders cult?

starting to, monday wensday friday, full body workout, rest saturday, sunday, eat directly afterwards. drink a litre of water before workout, try and get 10 hours of sleep everynight, eat 6 smaller meals a day. if ur super skinny and have high metabolism, eat everything you see. ugh, i started goign into how to eat there and stuff......

u dont have to do full body. you can break up ur routine for certain muscle groups certain days. Im just doing this for the first coule months.

I dunno how strenuous baseball is... But I lift 4 times a week and run/do plyos and shit 5 days a week because I'm running track for college. Im sore as shit right now, but I eat a ton of food and it is pretty fun. My advice, don't bother with machines because they don't really work your muscles that well. Work on powercleans, squats (a bar not machines), bench, free weights etc, and you will get in MUCH better shape than wiht machines. guarentee you. Oh yea, and run too. "Getting big" isn't cool, it's stupid if you can bench 400 and you can't run for shit. Yep this is all my opinion, so feel free to disagree

Try playing college soccer and keeping that same attitude. I don't have the time, and I don't have the energy to do both.

well considering I do play college soccer I dotn really know what to tell you. Maybe ur just a lazy bastard.

I'm a run-aholic, like 30-40 miles a week (xc and track in high school, now for fun and club sports and road racing), plus I lift. So ya, definitely a fan of exercising

over the summer i biked every single day for upwards of 5 hours, since i had no job, no money, and nothing better to do. now im taking fitness class in school so i lift 2-3 times a week. ive been getting extremely lazy though recently and not biking to school and smoking way too much chron.
