So, Its 3:22 AM, and I have to wake up at 6 AM to go to work. Damn I hate American Eagle now.

I just met some chick who works at american eagle, in canada. How ironicle. Well, not really. Have fun at work dude.
 
well, even if work sucks, it is a job, and you are making money for it. I would recomend either finding a job you like, or become a hobo that lives on the streets.
 
I've got to be in at 7 fucking am on Monday. My hours are ridiculous, they're as follows:

Monday 7-3 6-11

Tuesday 10-5 7-11

Wednesday 10-5 7-11

Thursday 9-5 6-11

Friday 10-4 6-12

On the plus side, I'm going to get about £500 for the week, so evey cloud.
 
That is a pretty insane schedule, and i added the hours up... 61!?!?! holy shit, what do you do?

I work like 28.5 hours this week, and thats a lot for me.

But Friday nite I have to be in at 1130, and I leave at 8 AM Saturday morning. Thats going to be funnn.

Plus turns out I didn't work at 7 AM this morning, it was 7 PM...ohhh im a dumbass.
 
Work does suck, especially when it's all you're going to do over break, like me. I am either working at Billabong or nannying almost every single day over break. It's not so much a winter break as it is a "work everyday instead of going to school" 4 weeks.
 
Yeah, I know. I'm a waitress, but we're so short staffed at my restaurant at the moment. Thing is, though, who the fuck is going to be eating at 9am on a Monday? No one. They just want me to open up the restaurant and everything. I'm not happy about those hours, but I really need the money.
 
It's fine during summer and the beginning of the year... but then when you have to work early afternoon and can't go skiing because of that (i.e now), that sucks. Especially when you're a cook.

^40% off wholesale is a great deal, wholesale = about 50% so you are paying 10% for oakley! Thats 90% off of retail holy shit I didn't think that was possible, oh wait it isn't.

The shop loves you spending all your wages on them, that is why they give you shitty wage and high discounts, not that high though.
 
yeah my first job required me to get there at 5...it was retarded and a half.

but i think now i have quite possibly the best job ever.

im a cashier at a frescas tortilla at our hockey center for the sens ( i live in ottawa right) i work on average 10 hours a week, can eat whatever i want when im there cause food is free to all employees. and the location i work at is never too busy so i get paid to do pretty much nothing. and i got a raise last night ahah.

fuck kid get a new job!
 
its not 90% off. if what he gets is legit, then he gets 40% of 50%.. its different. i work at a ski shop also. i get 15% off wholesale. which usually saves me a bundle. i paid 222$ for my salomon x wave's which retail around 6 hunny.
 
im a lifegaurd. i get to watch girls and sit on my ass. of course..until that moment comes that some moron majors in the pool, it becomes a stressful job.
