Work outs

so i just started working out this week , iam hopeing to get me legs stronger , there for easier to butter , at lest thats what i hope , dose any one else work out and dose it make a huge differance.
 
do some leg presses, leg curls, and calve raises that should help..... and dont for get to do some shin things to prevent shinbang
 
at home i ride a stantionary bike for about 30 mins a day , at school at lunch i do a 3 min warm up on a tread mill , 5 mins on like a stair climber , 5 mins on a stantionary bike and about 30 or 40 leg curls
 
u guys want to know the best work out, well first u take some viagra then u start to pelvet thrust your mom like a little retarted monkey then u start to forklift her. forklifting is the best exercise, trust me now my hammer is super strong and i find it eassier to stick my penis up your moms vagin and out her ass
