Work it Out was...

SO SICK!
Great vibe, great east coast skiing, great music, and great bumps
some next level urban and tricks thrown down (pay attention in the japan segment!)
it's also on itunes now for good definitely worth the buy

Completely agree, Meatheads are extremely underrated. Japan and DC were the sickest segments.

Once again, the Meathead boys mopped the floor with the big boys. Geoff and co. know how to make a ski flick.

Look out for a BroBomb review coming soon.

all of it was so dope it was really cool to see some east coast backcountry/big mountain instead of the typical alaska. the dc seggy and japan was tight to.

already said it in another thread, but this movie was awesome, worth way more than the 6 bucks it costs on itunes. enjoyed it way more than MSP and PBP this year (though i am from the east coast and this may influence it a tiny bit)

Seeing shea getting pissed is priceless...

The dude is dedicated o the max, cant believe how crazy his stunts were in his Auburn segment.

ive been waiting for them to come in forever, i just asked geoff the other day where they were.. prob goin on itunes soon

Same, on their facebook they said most of the pre orders had shipped so hopefully sometime this week!!!

Work it out was sick, probably gonna watch some of it again today. It had a good soundtrack and awesome east coast shenanigans.

yea! everyone says that meatheads is too joking around and not serious but i loved work it out. Will slayed and he didnt have a segment in eye trip so it was fun to see him in work it out

The fact that it's on itunes for $8.99 in HD with a supplemental bonus movie that 45 mins long and free, so so so worth it. I loved this movie.

In a season where most everything else was much too long, this was refreshingly taut. Plus, the bonus flick is also incredible and stands on it's own. I personally feel like I got two different flicks.

I get what your saying.

But when it ended i was like shit? its over?

Also i missed a more banger bump segment.

like someone said, after the other movies ive seen so far this year, a short and sweet flick was exactly what i needed. so many times during revolver i thought to myself "they couldnt left that shot out"

i will admit i was a bit surprised when the credits rolled but meh, not every movie has to end on a banger

If this is what the guy that I quoted meant, then I understand. Yes, I was also sort of surprised when the credits popped up, but I thought that silly little flips on a silly little kicker in front of the Lincoln Monument was golden. That was a banger in my eyes, just not the sort that other movie companies use to pull down the curtain. My surprise was more a function of the fact that my attention hadn't yet wavered...as it usually does watching ski movies. I give credit to them for making a movie where i wanted to see more, as opposed to begged for mercy.
But what I originally was getting at was that every shot and second, and song felt like they belonged. There wasn't any obvious "we'll leave these 12 shots in because you can make out the salomon logo on the bottom of so and so's skis." I think 45 minutes is plenty for a ski flick, if a touch on the short side. But, I rarely enjoy ski porn style movies that eclipse an hour. That's just me.
