so i have to think of a project for my woodshop class but i cant think of anything cool or creative.

anyone have any ideas

you probably wont be able to build a box or rail. my shop class couldnt because if anyone got hurt on it the shop teacher and school could get introuble or sued because it was built at the school.

its retarded

haha that's so weird, when i saw the thread i was all ready to say that but you beat me to the punch
great pun also, that one is getting you +karma

if you have access to a lathe build a lamp. Build one back in freshman year and it was pretty sweet. all you need to do is go buy a kit for all the hardware

hah good try smarty.

you know there is these two magical products called pvc pipe and HDPE that you put on top of that wood that turns the wood into a box. HOLY SHIT! but i still wonder how my resort boxes slide when their made of wood. the world may never know...

you can bring it in yourself.

i brought materials that i needed when the shop teacher didnt have them, its not that hard

a sick box, a very sick box. i wish i had woodshop in highschool...i would build the most badass shit. you get free wood to build all kinds of backyard jib stuff...do it to it

my woods teacher wont let me build a rail/box/drop in cause they would be "too big".. so im building cornhole boards. their easy and ill get use out of em

well i dought you have the time, but junior year of high school i built this

make skis, or a kayak, or a lawn chair, or a catapult, or a box, but only if you have access to metal tools to, cause an all wooden box wouldn't be anywhere near as durable as a metal framed one.
