Wood exposed in my ski?

Hi,

Last week I think, I fell and the inside of my right ski bashed at an angle into the inside of my left ski and the right skis edge cut into the top sheet sort of where the top sheet meets the metal edge and it went pretty deep, so the wood is splintered out kind of where it chipped and it is exposed and gets water in there every time I ski. I know its going to suck when I want to sell these boards but have that big chip so I want to get it fixed if it is possible. but will that to get water damage inside from it or is that not something I should worry about?

Thanks

Any pictures if possible? But definatley epoxy that up, and avoid getting it on the base/in and around bindings if you can. If you do get some on the base, use the edge of your fingernail to pop it off. It should if you wax and take care of your base, no problem.

This stuff is great for repairs:

Good luck!
