Womens Skii boot

Depends on what you want! If you want a stiffer more aggressive boot go for like the salomon impact 90's or dalbello chakras. if you just freeride go with the mary janes! (: Just some of my suggestions, I work for a ski shop and those are a few that are super popular.

If you want to be comfortable.......go to a boot fitter or a reputable shop that will asses your foots needs and place you in the correct boot.

If you want to be miserable..... Buy full tilts I heard they make you pro in three days tops. /sarcasm

Seriously though go get fitted.

It really depends on your foot and preference. The mary jane is a 102 last so it is pretty wide, and it has very easy flex (like a four or something on their flex tongue system). The soul has (i believe) a 98 or 99 mm last so it will be better for girls with skinnier feet plus it has a 6 tongue (once again I think) so it has a more aggressive, higher level flex. But you can switch the tongues out so that wont matter much anyway.

I work at a shop also and I just picked up some salomon quest 80s. Super light (haven't skied them yet) but nice slim 100 last which is great. Either way, keep in mind how crazy wide they make ladies boots, which is lame.

You really want to try the boots on if at all possible. After getting sized I ended up trying on at least 8 pairs of boots before I found a single pair I could possibly make work.

I ended up in the Atomic Hawx 100w because it was the only one that actually held my heel in. I have been quite happy with it since, it was nice finding a boot that wasn't all pearly white and fluffy liner that would pack out in a week. So add the Hawx series to your consideration list, maybe in a slightly softer flex. They do have the toe flex area which is supposed to give the boots a more natural flex in the foot region, but I've never noticed a major difference.
