Ha ha this is absolutely ridiculous. I watched the original clip the other day, and pictured a 14-20 year old. I would've never guessed it was her. If she was legitimately concerned about her reputation and privacy she wouldn't have gone on TV and no one would've know. Haha nobody took her emotions into account? I don't think getting wet requires mall security and innocent bystanders coming to the rescue. I hope she doesn't make any money off this.

She's suing because she asked the mall to not release her name or information. I don't think she ever said they did, just put the video up on Youtube? She was almost in tears and was bitching about how no one helped her? I didn't see anyone who could have helped her until after she had already gotten out and walked away.... Shoulda walked into a pit instead of a fountain...

the first time i saw the video i thought she actually fell over a railing from the second/third/watever story to the floor below. Now that could be something to sue about. but a fountain...

Nah Im saying that an incident like that would be something worth trying to sue for, with severe injury, etc. It is obviously still due to her own negligence. But if she had fallen multiple stories to the ground below, I could see how she would want to sue/press charges, even though she would get nothing.
