She's fucking stupid. She fell into a fountain and acts like it wasn't her fault. What the fuck is wrong with people out there. It clearly was your own stupidity that got you into this shit, and you fell into a mall fountain lady, you don't need help, you got damp, were you bleeding? No. Shut up. Oh, and if you wanted to remain anonymous, why would you go national with your whole "Don't text and walk message." You are a dumb woman, sit the fuck down and shut up. She's a dumbass obviously but i would be really embarrassed if a video of me eating shit went viral too. I'm pretty sure she's suing because someone in security filmed it and put it on youtube. I would be pissed too.

On the other hand. She did play the "I was texting someone from my church" card. That makes me feel like she deserves it.
 
as if the embarassment of the fall wasnt enough, she has to go and reveal her identity on national television. most wouldnt have a clue who she was before she aired.

she's not suing cause of the fountain, she is suing since the video is now all over the internet. which means someone put it there and I'm guessing it wasn't her.
