Some women I have driven with absolutely scare the hell out of me. I can't count how many times at least two of these ladies have almost got hit by another car for a completely stupid move . I'm not saying in Jesus when it comes to driving but I don't do stupid shit very often at all.

I gotta say though any close encounters in which the other driver would have been at fault have 90% been women whether they are 16,30 or 80. Some of them don't check their blinds when backing up or switching lanes at all and I've almost been side swiped a few times now.

I don't like to generalize all people in one category so I will say that some men drive like shit whilst some women drive better than I ever will. It's just that I find driving with, or around other chicks to be a relatively stressfully time as they don't pay attention to the road too well.

The funny thing about this is that insurance rates for men is so much higher than womens yet I hear about so many women from my area getting in accidents whether they are students or people I know of. This is just a small area to take the average from but I'm slightely baffled at how our rates are so damn high.

Just a rant I guess, flame me if you will.
 
im willing to bet that if womans insurance rates were higher it would be called sexist. but yeah, pretty much every accident i hear about from my freinds have been girls. i do know some good woman drivers though.
 
My god is it true. I was driving this girls car with her in the passenger seat to lunch one day, and I'm a really safe driver, and she said she didn't feel comfortable when I drove. I give lots of room to the car in front of me, and don't speed that much (When other people are in the car).

So then she drove back from the place, and she drove 10+ over the speed limit, right on the guy in front of us's tail, even though he too was exceeding speed equally well, and breaking hard, not slowly and easily.

I commented this to her, saying she was a LOT scarier of a driver than me, and her excuse was that "she was in control."

This is the same story with most girl drivers' encounters I've had.

Hahahah, I've been staring at that third one for like 5 minutes now. It fucking boggles my mind.
 
sooooo true man i was driving down to sc for spring break and it was not my turn to drive and this chick was. so it was late at night and raining going abou;t 80 and about 50 feet infront of the next car. with the cinditions the way they were she was fuckin up but to add to the stress she was fucking texting on her phone. this just threw me off the deepend and and said im not going to fucking die tonight so i told her to pull over and i drove the rest of the way there.
 
ya its bullshit. the reason i believe that guys rates are higher is because when guys get intoaccidents, they report them. when women get into accidents, they dont if no one is around. therefore, there are more reported accidents caused by men than women, causing higher rates.

a couple weeks ago, a woman in her mid 40's ran a light and hit my friends truck from the side( she barley damaged his wheel), but her car was fucked up, so she got out, talked to my friend, petya, and she was like, "doesn't look like there is much wrong with your car, so i will just leave." so petya said, no, we should exchange info just in case, so the woman said, "let me go get a pen" so she gets in her car, closes the door (petya thought, shes going to book it so i will get her license #) and she did book it, and petya wrote the plate # on his hand then reported it to the cops. the cops then caught her at a gas station down the street and it turns out that she was drunk.

They are horrible, it scares me seeing a woman driving, on the phone, and doing makeup. I drive away, fast.
 
I don't trust them either, especially in Florida. Ashley is right. I would never let another chick drive my truck, not even my best friend...but my mom can. My mom is an awesome driver. Took a gooseneck three-horse trailer through downtown Atlanta - quite impressive.
 
I'm gonna go with snwbrdmilf on this one. Never in a million years would I let another chick drive me unless it were my mother or aunt. Helll no. My whole life I've been around dirt bikes, boats, etc..driving's not all that different.
 
Insurance is up for men cause we are unsafe driving at high speeds because we get too cocky but women are unsafe driving at slow speeds...Generalization I know but it's often times true...
 
yeah i have had so many scary experiences driving with women. they are always tailgating and usually have no clue of the size of their vehicle.
 
i think thats because men are more likely to do stupid stuff while women are more likely to just be stupid

i am not gonna lie, i am not an excellent driver, but i am pretty careful, slightly reckless, and better than most of my girl friends my age. i was in the car with my one friend when she first got her L (learners permit) and it was terrifying...then the next time she had her full licence and i am pretty sure she didnt improve!!

 
most of the girls i know are pretty bad drivers and would never let any of them (or anyone for that matter) drive my car. but then again, not many people i know can drive standard anyway.

not to toot my own horn (no pun intended..?), but i'd consider myself a pretty good driver. never been in an accident, and have only had about 1 or 2 close calls in the 5 years i've been driving.
