what the fucking shit, this is why i fucking hate the worl sometimes. like that fucking fag who sued a while ago because someone broke his rib while preforming CPR.

gimme a fucking break, some people just deserved to get punched in the face............or just beat the fuck up.
 
i can understand where she's coming from, but suing is a bit overboard. then again, so are a lot of the cases nowadays, people will sue over almost anything.
 
That video was retarded it compared two completely different situations, being trapped in a mangled car and being pulled from a car sinking in water shouldn't be compared. It could very well be the "good samaritan" that paralyzed the woman while improperly moving her, because she thought she knew what was best when she didn't. I wouldn't sue but I would be fucking pissed.
 
if you're thinking about the mcdonalds one she got third degree burns and skin grafts because the coffee was like 180 degrees and mcdonalds wouldnt pay her medical bills so she took it to court. and she actually didnt walk away with millions
 
all that is doing is discouraging people from helping others who need help.i can understand that the woman pulled from the car is angry about becoming paralyzed, but when faced with a decision like that with your adrenaline pumping after a car accident, i think that most people would try to get the person out of the car. it's unfortunate that it had to end like that, but i think that it is even worse that the person who tried to help is being penalized for following their instinct.
