I searchbarred the best I could - crossing my fingers that this isn't a repost!

I'm just about to head out to see "Woman in Black" - a scary movie starring Daniel Radcliffe. Has anyone seen it? How was it? I'm pretty much a huge wimp so we'll see how it goes.

Trailers (one from North America, one from UK):

I saw it. I thought it was a really good movie, wasn't very scary in my opinion though. There were several parts that make you jump, but besides that there's nothing you take away from it that will keep you up all night. Good movie none-the-less.

There was one part that totally scared the shit out of me that wasn't jumpy, that's about it.

I thought it was pretty good actually, scariest movie I've seen for a while.

It was fucking rad. Everything I need in a good scary movie - known actors, loud jump out scenes, scary houses and a definitive ending. I'd give it an 8.5/10. It was super awesome.

hopefully seeing it this weekend, but i heard its a "while you watch" type of scare not like a lasting post-movie scare.. any truth to this?

I thought it was sketch as shit. Pretty good plot and quality movie. Eending isn't the best though in my opinion.

this is damn right. im totally ok now, which is good. i hate the lingering effects of a horror movie, and for his one there are none.

I liked it. I dont really know if i could get over the fact that harry potter had a kid though. Also i wish it was half an hour longer because the handjob was just starting as the movie ended.

Yea harry potter gets the craziest handjob from the evil ghost lady, I totally didn't see it coming. Then He pees somewhere you'd never expect...

I cant see Daniel Radcliffe as anyone else but harry potter, so I cant take him seriously, id be watching the movie yelling "JUST TAKE OUT YOUR WAND HARRY"

when he comes out of the room and the woman in black is coming down the hall, I wanted so bad for him to just yell EXPECTO PATRONUM!!!!

'Pop out' scare movies never live up to their hype. I'll pass on this one, especially since Harry Potter is in it. Scary movies need to relearn their soul - actually distilling fear through plot. I probably won't see it but am at least glad to see torture and gore has seeming left the scary movie genre.

everyone dies in the end.... if the ending was ruined for me I'm ruining it for everyone else..... hate me or the dumb broad who told me at work...

completely untrue?

there are still characters alive at the end. and if you actually would have ruined the ending that would have been a dick move
