Give em a break, it's hard to see roadsigns when you are applying makeup in the rear view mirror.
I'd like to go on record saying I am not a bad driver. No points on my license and minor tree bumpage. If anyone's a bad driver it's old people, other women, some men, and 16-17 year olds. Sorry.
haha same here. i've never gotten a speeding ticket which is downright hilarious and no major accidents at all. golden i tell ya. ive seen some seriously stupid assholes driving. for example, during my 4 minute drive to work this morning this is what i saw: a lady driving with a drop kick dog on her lap window wide open (i was hoping he would jump so i could run him over), a guy driving while reading a magazine, 4 people walked in front of me without even looking (ok they dont drive but are still major asshats), and a cop ran a red light and promptly pulled in to dunkin donuts (no lie-i was laughing so hard too). but ive seen some stupid stupid shit and most of the time yes, it is a female..sadly. but women, old people fo sho and young kids do not know how to drive.
old people i believe are the ultimate worst drivers ever! i think the states should enforce a law that at the age of 60 or 65 you no longer drive a car. a car can be very dangerous as we all know. so i think old people should trade in their car and get those hovercraft thingys that they use down in the swamps. think about it! it'll be like a giant game of bumper cars with old peeps. no one would ever get hurt! brilliant i tell you, brilliant!

Maybe not to the extent of not being able to drive. But I think they should be required to re-take the driving test. I have driven behind old people who, in a 45 mph are going 30. Now, can you not get a ticket for driving UNDER the speed limit? It's extremely frustrating when you've got to get somewhere, and you can't even drive the speed limit because you're following an old couple.
yeah you can get a ticket for going to slow. that too is dangerous.
my grandfather was notorious for going like 20 under the speed limit. they lived about 2 hrs from us and it would take them half the day to get to our house. people driving behind him would get furious, eventually pass him and then flip the bird. then hed freak out and start yelling at them and i would just sit there and laugh

speaking old women drivers. my grandmother got her very own car about 6 months ago. btw, she got her license when she was 66 or so and shes now 88. anyways she got into a bit of a fender bender one day and then had to take it to the shop. on the way to the shop she got into another accident!
one time while driving their minivan to the chinese buffet, she thought she had it in drive but it was actually in reverse and gunned it and the van jumped over the curb and backed right into the restaurant. took out all of the windows and knocked over some tables. luckily no one was sitting there.

ya I'm all for retests over 60yrs old, even if it means i'll have to take one at that age. If I make it that far.

Me, my dad, my bro were heading up on a shuttle to Canmore AB from Calgery to hike banff. So where on the transcanada, and this highway is fuckin awsome. Like twisty, fast, the highway banks at times.....i would have love to drive on that shit. Our driver Ted was fuckiin rippin it ( one of those hardcore tough old guys with skull tats on his arm and shit)
Anyways were about half way there when we see this piece of shit toyota tercel going like MAD, all over the road. So we drive buy it, and there is this chick eating a BOWL OF CEREAL while driving. Crazyest shit ive ever seen. How dumb do you have to be to eat a fuckin bowl of cereal at the wheel.

Sorry boys, but statistically speaking you are actually worse drivers. That's why a guy with a clean record still has to pay twice as much for insurance.
That being said, I have ridden with some scary fucking chick-drivers. Ladies, watch the road not your cell phones!
The only really stupid thing I've done was bump into a car while backing out of a parking spot. The car was parked too close but I wasn't paying attention anyways and it ended up costing me about $450 Other than that one incident I'm a fairly competent driver, including driving in the snow.
