Why, because the Miata handles like a go cart, is easily supercharged or turboed and made real fast, is lightweight and fun to drive, and is an awesome autocross race car? The Spyder is a fucking roadster, they all look like that, they are all sportscars. I personally own two Mazda MX-6 project cars, an 88 GT Turbo, which handles on rails only because of the Miata and RX-7 Projects which were going on at that time, and I own a 94 LS V-6 daily driver, which is fast, handles really well, and owes a lot to the Miata. So fuck off because the car is 'small' its more 'sports car' than anything else nowadays.
I like the way the Spyder looks, its an awesome roadster, it looks like all the classic roadsters, they are meant to be small and nimble. Too bad that your mom is selling it hopefully it goes to another owner who will take care of it.
